1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the SnagTags website and any SnagTags products or services. By placing an order or using SnagTags, you agree to these Terms.

SnagTags provides physical snag tagging labels and a digital interface which allows users to manage snag information. Users are responsible for applying, managing, and updating snag data in line with good site practice.

2. Products

SnagTags are durable, adhesive-based tags with unique QR codes intended for snag and defect communication.
Colours and materials may vary slightly from images shown.

We may update or improve product design without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be completed at checkout.
Prices may change but not after an order has been placed.

4. Delivery & Fulfilment (Amazon FBA)

Most orders are fulfilled and dispatched using Amazon’s logistics network (FBA).

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by Amazon.
Once dispatched, orders are handled entirely through Amazon’s delivery infrastructure.
For delivery issues (lost parcels / missed deliveries), Amazon may contact you directly or we may liaise with Amazon on your behalf if required.

5. Platform Usage & Data Responsibility

When scanning a SnagTag, users may be directed to a dashboard or digital interface to submit, review, or update snag details.

You are responsible for:

Accuracy of data entered
Access permissions and user roles
Ensuring updates reflect real site conditions

SnagTags Limited does not accept liability for decisions or outcomes based on incorrect or incomplete data entered by users or contractors.

6. User Accounts

If you create an account to manage projects:

Keep your login credentials secure
You are responsible for any activity under your account
You must ensure only authorised personnel have access

We may suspend access where misuse is suspected.

7. Third-Party Infrastructure & Hosting

Certain elements of the SnagTags platform, including the QR-based defect management system accessed via scan.snagtags.co.uk, are hosted using third-party infrastructure providers.

SnagTags currently utilises services provided by Lovable and Lovable Cloud to host and operate parts of the platform.

By using SnagTags, you acknowledge and agree that:

Data submitted through the platform may be processed and stored on third-party infrastructure
SnagTags relies on external hosting providers to deliver the service
SnagTags is not liable for outages, interruptions, or data issues arising from third-party infrastructure providers, except where required by law

Users are encouraged to review Lovable’s policies relating to privacy, security, and data handling:

SnagTags will take reasonable steps to ensure that any third-party providers used meet appropriate standards for security and data protection.

8. Intellectual Property

The SnagTags name, logo, packaging design, website content, QR-based identification system, and dashboard workflows are the intellectual property of SnagTags Limited.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative products based on our system.

9. Liability

SnagTags is a workflow and communication support tool.
We are not responsible for:

Project delays
Miscommunication between trades
Incorrect or unverified snag information
Surface damage caused by misuse of adhesive products

Our total liability is limited to the value of your purchase to the extent permitted by UK law.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Disputes will be heard in UK courts.
