SnagTags Limited is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all of our business activities and supply chains. We recognise our responsibility to act ethically, with integrity, and to implement systems and controls that ensure modern slavery does not take place anywhere in our organisation.

This policy is made in accordance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.


2. Our Business

SnagTags Limited designs and supplies physical QR tagging systems for defect and snag management within the construction and property sectors.

Our key activities include:

  • manufacturing and supply of physical product packs

  • development of supporting digital tools

  • supply to contractors, developers, and retail partners

We operate primarily within the United Kingdom.


3. Our Commitment

We do not tolerate any form of:

  • forced labour

  • child labour

  • human trafficking

  • bonded or involuntary prison labour

  • exploitation or coercion

We expect the same zero-tolerance approach from:

  • suppliers

  • contractors

  • distributors

  • business partners


4. Our Supply Chain

Our supply chain includes:

  • product manufacturing partners

  • packaging and logistics providers

  • technology and service providers

We aim to work only with partners who demonstrate ethical labour practices and legal compliance.


5. Risk Assessment

We acknowledge that risks may exist within:

  • product manufacturing

  • transportation and logistics

  • overseas component sourcing

We continually review these risks and take steps to reduce and monitor them.


6. Supplier Standards

All suppliers are expected to:

  • comply with local labour laws

  • prohibit forced or compulsory labour

  • prohibit recruitment fees being charged to workers

  • prohibit child labour

  • allow freedom to leave employment

Where required, we may:

  • request written confirmation of compliance

  • request audits or third-party certification

  • terminate relationships with non-compliant suppliers


7. Reporting Concerns

We encourage employees, suppliers, and partners to report concerns about modern slavery or unethical practices.

Reports will be treated confidentially and investigated appropriately. No individual will suffer detrimental treatment for raising a genuine concern.


8. Training & Awareness

We promote awareness of this policy internally and ensure staff understand:

  • how to identify potential modern slavery risks

  • how to report concerns

  • our company stance on zero tolerance


9. Review of This Policy
