1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from SnagTags.
This policy explains how returns, replacements and refunds are handled.


2. Orders Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA)

Most SnagTags orders are fulfilled by Amazon using their logistics network.
This means:

  • Amazon handles delivery

  • Amazon may also process returns on our behalf

If you ordered SnagTags through Amazon, please follow the standard Amazon returns process within your Amazon account.

If you purchased directly through snagtags.co.uk, please follow the process below.


3. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused

  • Packaging must be intact and in resellable condition

  • The request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Because SnagTags are a consumable, adhesive-based product, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used packs unless the item is proven to be faulty.

This ensures product hygiene, safety, and quality standards are maintained.


4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

We will replace it at no cost to you.

  • A clear photo of the item(s) received

We will resolve this quickly.


5. How to Request a Return (Direct Website Orders)

Subject: Return Request – Order #[XXXX]

Include:

  • Name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Confirmation that packaging is unopened

If approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.


6. Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned product is:

  • Received

  • Inspected

  • Verified as unused and in original condition

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on the bank/provider.


7. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different pack size or colour, please return the unopened item and place a new order.


8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened packs

  • Used tags

  • Custom-printed or bulk orders (unless faulty)
